Men’s Lacrosse Downed by Piedmont on Saturday Afternoon

Greensboro, NC – On a beautiful day at Pride Field, the Greensboro Men’s Lacrosse team (5-6, 1-3) took on USA South Conference opponent Piedmont University (9-2, 2-1) on Saturday and fell 20-4. Early on in the game, the Pride held their own against the Lions, but the Piedmont offense would prove to be too much to handle as the game went along. The Lions got out to a 7-0 lead before Jameson Doll and Leo Ringelberg scored within seconds of each other to make the score 7-2. From there, Piedmont scored 12 straight goals.
