Outdoor Track/Field Sides Compete At Danny Curran Invitational

Chester, Pa. – The Lehman College men’s and women’s outdoor track and field teams competed at the Danny Curran Invitational hosted by Widener University on Saturday. The highlight for the Lightning men was Jonathan Austin as he finished 12th (12.16m) in the Triple Jump, while Nelson Benzan Jr. was 13th in the Shot Put (11.10m) and 20th in the Hammer Throw (32.23m). Kenneth Davis took 14th place in the Hammer (38.70m) and 20th spot in the Shot Put (10.13m). For the Lehman women, Nidia Nelson was 22nd in the Javelin event (16.25m).
