Second-Half Surge Lifts Men’s Lacrosse

The Muhlenberg men’s lacrosse team outscored Washington College 12-2 in the second half to pick up its first Centennial Conference win of the season, 17-10. The Mules (4-7, 1-2) trailed 8-5 at halftime and 9-6 with four minutes left in the third quarter before a goal by freshman Chase Kusko opened the floodgates. By the end of the quarter, Muhlenberg had a 11-9 lead, thanks to a flurry of four goals in the final 1:11 of the period.
