Spartans Display Talent on Both Sides of the Ball at Spring Scrimmage

NORFOLK, Va. – The Norfolk State football team concluded spring practice on Saturday with its annual spring scrimmage, allowing fans the first peek at the 2024 squad. The event at William “Dick” Price Stadium, open to the public for free admission, marked the last of 15 spring practices.
