Track and Field Excels at WashU Distance Carnival

Six Hope College track and field runners competed at the Washington University in St. Louis Distance Carnival this week, and four of them 20 times ranked in the Top 20 in NCAA Division III. In the men’s 800 meters, senior Eli Meder (Williamston, Michigan / Lansing Catholic HS) recorded a run of 1 minute, 52.94 seconds which puts him in the nation. Meder finished 11th in the race that featured multiple NCAA divisions.
