Women’s Lacrosse Narrowly Misses Upset

For the second time in as many home games, the Muhlenberg women’s lacrosse team led a nationally ranked opponent at halftime before falling. The Mules (8-2) had a five-goal lead against 25th-ranked Haverford in the third quarter, but the Fords netted eight of the last nine goals to pull out a 13-11 victory. Muhlenberg trailed 3-1 about eight minutes into the game before a free-position goal by freshman Emma Youngling (pictured above) ignited the offense.
