Women’s Lacrosse Wins Big on Alumni Day, Improves to 5-1 in NEC Play

BROOKVILLE, N.Y. — The LIU women's lacrosse team improved to 5-1 in conference play after their 16-5 win against Le Moyne on Alumni Day. Olivia Fantigrossi shined for the Sharks with a season-high six goals. Julia Trainor and Erin Harkins finished the game with four goals each. Lindsey Lucia also tallied a goal for LIU. Mylie Norton came up big for the Sharks once again. The junior stopped six shots against the Dolphins. During halftime, LIU honored 25 women's lacrosse alumni. LIU will next play at Stonehill on April 10th.
