D’Asaro wins javelin competition at Tiffleberg Open; Epps finishes third in 100 meter dash

TIFFIN, Ohio (March 30, 2024) – Headlined by a win from Andrew D’Asaro in the javelin, the Denison University men’s track & field team closed out the Tiffleberg Open on Saturday, March 30. D’Asaro threw 55.88 meters (183′ 4″) to win the javelin while Denison’s other top-three finish came from Jaylin Epps with a time of 10.78 seconds in the 100 meter dash, which was just .01 seconds off his personal record that ranks third in program history.
