Distance Competes Up North

BAY AREA, Calif. - The Cougars traveled north to Standford University and San Francisco State to compete on Friday and Saturday. Felix Perrier and Nixon Korir both ran provisional times in the steeplechase at Stanford on Friday. Perrier ran a career-best 8:50.04, improving his previous personal best by over four seconds. His time leaves him ranked at No. 3 on the national qualifying list. Korir ran 9:09.38, landing him the 12th spot on the national qualifying list.
