Women’s tennis drops NESCAC match against Amherst, 8-1

CLINTON, N.Y. – Amherst College swept the three doubles matches and the Mammoths went on to an 8-1 NESCAC win against the Hamilton College Continentals inside Hamilton’s Margaret Bundy Scott Field House on Saturday, March 30. The Continentals (4-3, 1-2 NESCAC) had won their previous three matches. Hamilton hosts Bowdoin College (4-4, 1-0) for another conference match on Saturday, April 6 at 10 a.m. Amherst (5-2, 1-1) is 18 th in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association Women’s Division III Collegiate Tennis Rankings.
