Adelphi University Shines in Track & Field at 28th Monmouth Opener

West Long Branch, NJ – After opening the season at the Fred Hardy Invitational, the whole Adelphi University Track & Field program went to the 28th Annual Monmouth Season Opener over the weekend. Highlighted by several top-10 finishes, both the men and women set the tone for the early part of the outdoor season. For the relays, Adelphi’s ‘A’ group of Chuck Nwankwo, David Williams , Khalil Chester and Bryan Combary clocked in at 42.97 for the 4×100 to place fourth as the women took fifth in a time of 48.46.
