Ivan Burt-Smith named A-R-C Men’s Tennis Performer of the Week

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – Coe College men’s tennis player Ivan Burt-Smith was named the American Rivers Conference Men’s Tennis Performer of the Week on Monday. The sophomore from Scotland posted a 2-0 record on Saturday in a narrow 5-4 defeat to Carleton, claiming victories at number one doubles and number two singles. Burt-Smith opened the match with a doubles victory with his partner Jumpei Kasai , securing an 8-7 victory at the top spot. He followed with his third-straight singles victory at number two, claiming a 7-6, 4-6, 7-6 decision to earn his second team point of the day. #KohawkNation…
