Isaacs was a highly-coveted four-star recruit coming out of Coronado High School in Nevada and has lived up to the billing thus far in his collegiate career. In his first season in Lubbock, the 6-foot-2, 170-pound point guard made the Big 12 all-freshman team as he averaged 11.5 points and shot well from deep at nearly 38%.
Isaacs’ shooting efficiency dipped a bit this season, but the talented sophomore emerged as a leader for a Red Raiders team that went 23-11 and made the NCAA Tournament, averaging 15.8 points, 3.5 assists and 3.2 rebounds while earning third-team All-Big 12 honors.
