Baseball Tops Covenant in Seven Innings

LOOKOUT MOUNTAIN, Ga. – Berry Baseball (21-9 overall) traveled to Covenant for a non-conference contest where they defeated the Scots in 7 innings 17-7. The Vikings began the top of the first with five hits and seven runs to put the Scots away early. Joey Garcia singled to right field and Nick Brunswick reached after being hit by a pitch before Riley Uhls’ double scored Garcia to begin the running parade.
