Wartburg Holds Off Beaver Baseball 8-5

BUENA VISTA UNIVERSITY ATHLETICS WAVERLY, Iowa (Apr. 2, 2024) – The Buena Vista baseball team continued conference play on Tuesday with a single nine-inning game at Wartburg College on Tuesday night, but it was the Knights who rallied and then held off the Beavers 8-5. Each team scored runs in the first inning before Wartburg added two more in the third for a 2-1 lead.
