Women’s Lacrosse Shuts Out Old Westbury On A Rainy Tuesday Night

KINGS POINT, N.Y. (April 2, 2024) – For just the third time in program history, the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy women’s lacrosse team posted a shutout as the Mariners rolled to a 19-0 victory over Skyline Conference foe Old Westbury at Brooks Stadium in the team’s annual 142 Game. The Mariners improved to 5-2 overall on the year and 2-0 in Skyline competition, while the visiting Panthers fell to 1-4 on the season with an 0-2 mark in league matches.
