Women’s tennis drops SCIAC opener
ORANGE, Calif. – The Chapman University women’s tennis team fell 7-2 to No. 2 Pomona-Pitzer in its SCIAC-opener. The Panthers fell to 4-6 on the year with the loss. After a loaded non-conference schedule, the Panthers embarked on their SCIAC schedule that includes three teams ranked in the top-10 in Division III. Pomona-Pitzer is ranked No. 2 in the latest ITA rankings, behind SCIAC rival CMS. The Sagehens grabbed all three doubles points and captured straight set victories in courts 1-4.
