Men’s Golf competes at The Showdown at Shangri-La

MONKEY ISLAND, Okla. – Men’s Golf competed at the Showdown at Shangri-La on Monday and Tuesday, finishing in seventeenth place. Braxton Muldoon had the best overall performance at the tournament, scoring a 74 in both the first and second rounds. He would finish in a tie for fifty-third place. Chase Martel had the best overall round for Newman in the tournament, scoring a 73 in the first round. Grant Delsart and Noah Ahrens both improved on their first round scores in the second round, while Quinn Toomey shot well throughout the entire tournament.
