LOGAN, Utah (BVM) – One of the most talented mid-major players is transferring. Great Osobor entered the transfer portal Wednesday following a standout season with the Utah State Aggies.

The 6-foot-8, 250-pound wing had a breakout campaign for Utah State, averaging 17.7 points, nine rebounds and 2.8 blocks while leading the Aggies to a Mountain West Conference regular season title and the Round of 32 in the NCAA Tournament. Osobor was named both the MWC Newcomer of the Year and Player of the Year as well as being named one of five finalists for the Karl Malone Award given to the top men’s collegiate power forward.
