Knights fly past Duhawks 8-1

WAVERLY, Iowa– The Wartburg men’s tennis team defeated Loras 8-1 Wednesday. The match was moved indoors to the Hoover Fieldhouse due to high winds. Notes: This was the fifth-straight win over the Duhawks in the series. Cade Davis, Sean Oslund, Jeff Miller, Kyle Sehlin, and Ola Palmertz won both their singles and doubles matches. Wartburg led 3-0 after doubles play. Sehlin and Oslund have won their last two-straight doubles matches. Palmertz and Sehlin has won their last two-straight singles matches. Next event The Orange and Black return to the court Friday when they host Martin Luther at 3:30 p.m.
