Baseball Stumbles to No. 14 Lee in Friday Night Contest
CLEVELAND, Tenn. – The University of West Alabama baseball team dropped the series opener to Lee University in Gulf South Conference play with a 16-0 loss on Friday night from Larry Carpenter Stadium at Olympic Field. Lee, ranked 14th in the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA), improves to 27-9 and 15-4 in the league. West Alabama falls to 17-19 and 9-13.
