Griffin Ness to join ECHL’s Maine Mariners for remainder of season
GRAND FORKS, N.D. – Senior forward Griffin Ness has signed a contract with the Maine Mariners in the ECHL for the remainder of the 2023-24 season, the club announced on Friday. Ness played four seasons at North Dakota, helping the Fighting Hawks to major success over those years. The Wayzata, Minn., native captured three Penrose Cups, reached a trio of NCAA Tournaments and won an NCHC Frozen Faceoff crown in 2020-21.
