Grinnell women’s tennis team opens prestigious Midwest Invite with victory over North Central

MADISON, Wis. – For the third year in a row, Grinnell College’s women’s tennis team disposed of North Central College (Ill.) in the opening round of the prestigious Midwest Invite. The 25 th -ranked Pioneers toppled the #37 Cardinals 6-3 Friday morning at Nielsen Tennis Stadium to move into Saturday morning’s semifinal round against 28 th -ranked Denison University.
