Men’s tennis drops SCIAC opener
ORANGE, Calif. — Chapman men’s tennis dropped its SCIAC opening match, 6-3, to Pomona-Pitzer on Friday, April 5, at Anderson Tennis Center. The Panthers jumped out to a tough start, dropping all three of the doubles points. Courts one and three lost close matches as Caleb Wilkins and Ian Jordan fell 8-6 in first doubles, while Lachlan Dickinson and Ben Joregenson dropped their match by the same score. Chapman split the singles matches with the Sagehens, with Caleb Wilkins and Aram Izmirian winning convincingly in straight sets. Wilkins won 6-1, 6-2, and Izmirian took a 6-3, 6-2 victory on court…
