FRANKFORT, Ky. – In a frigid home debut at State Stadium, the Kentucky State softball team was defeated 10-1 by Miles College. Miles accumulated 13 hits to score 10 runs with one error, while the Thorobreds notched three hits and committed two errors. Kamaria Hurse , Tanisha Valdez , and Savannah Teale each recorded a hit for their team. In the bottom of the fourth, Hurse singled to left center, with Valdez adding a single to left field.
