Women’s Tennis Cruises Past Crown in UMAC Opener

ST. BONIFACIUS, Minn. – The University of Minnesota Morris women’s tennis team blasted Crown College, 9-0, in the first UMAC match of the season for the Cougars. UMN Morris moves to 2-8 overall and 1-0 in the UMAC. The rout started in doubles with both the Nos. 2 and 3 Minnesota Morris teams taking 8-0 victories. Valerie Gall and Marybeth Tautges teamed up at No. 2, while it was Ava Weber and Mariah Mireles at No. 3.
