#3 RIT uses big first half for 20-10 win over Skidmore
SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. – The Skidmore College men’s lacrosse team outscored visiting RIT 7-5 in the second half, but the nationally third-ranked Tigers exploded for a 15-3 halftime lead for a 20-10 win over the Thoroughbreds on Saturday afternoon. RIT has scored at least 20 in three straight since losing 10-9 in overtime at RPI on March 23. The Tigers are 11-1 and 2-1 in the Liberty League. Skidmore is 9-3 and 1-2 in the league.
