Baseball Drops Two to JCU

COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Capital University baseball team fell in two games to John Carroll University on Saturday afternoon, losing by scores of 13-4 and 6-3. The Comets are now 6-16 on the year and 0-6 in the conference, while JCU is 7-14 and 2-4 in the OAC. In game one, Capital fell behind early, 5-0 in the first inning, but responded with two runs in the bottom half. Cade Anderson doubled home Daylan Barnes and Connor Feeney’s sac fly scored Anderson to account for the two runs. JCU added some more runs through the second, third and fourth innings…
