The Chicago State men’s and women’s track and field teams competed at the Tennessee Invitational Friday and Saturday at the Tom Black Track at LaPorte Stadium in Knoxville, Tennessee. The Cougars established two school records, four personal records and three season best performances over the two days. The women’s relay teams of Myshell Hurse, Rikki Gray, Shamauri Brackett and Sanaa Parker established school records in the 4×400 and 4×100 relays with times of 3:50.98 and 46.83, respectively, topping the previous best times of 3:52.30 in the 4×400 set in 2017 and 46.66 in the 4×100 established in 2016.
