GLASSBORO, NJ – Nineteenth-ranked Christopher Newport scored nine goals in the second quarter to break away for a 19-11 win over Rowan in women’s lacrosse action on a blustery day. The loss ruined a five-goal performance from Rowan junior Molly Green . It marked a career-high in goals for Green while Rowan (3-8) also got two goals apiece from Elaina Corson and Alexis Lowry , with Fiona Lockhart chipping in with one.
