LAKE CHARLES—McNeese softball completed the Southland Conference series sweep over Lamar Saturday with a 6-2, 6-3 doubleheader win to improve to 26-15 overall and 11-1 in league play. With the losses, Lamar falls to 23-16 overall and 9-6 in the SLC. McNeese outhit the Cardinals 17-10 on the day and for the second day took advantage of four Lamar errors to pick up the wins.
