No. 3 Men’s Lacrosse wins 20-10 at Skidmore

SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. – RIT junior Clifford Gaston tallied three goals and two assists to lead the No. 3 Tigers to a 20-10 win at Skidmore, Saturday. Graduate student attack Luke Pilcher scored three goals and added an assist, while senior midfielder Michael Finneran and junior attack Ethan Harkins each had two goals and an assist. HOW IT HAPPENED: Finneran and senior midfielder Seth Grottnethaler scored back-to-back goals to give RIT a 2-0 lead early in the first quarter. Skidmore’s Matthew Pinckney scored a man-up goal to cut the Tiger’s lead to 2-1 with 9:20 remaining in the opening frame.…
