Softball Swept by Pacers

ASTON, Pa. – The Neumann University Softball team dropped both ends of a doubleheader against Marywood University on Saturday afternoon, by scores of 3-1 and 5-3. Marywood got the game started by picking up two RBI singles in the first inning for an early lead. From there, a pitcher’s duel ensued but the Pacers scored an insurance run in the fifth for a 3-0 lead. Emily Ammon led off the sixth with a double out to left field.
