Mifflin) broke the school's all-time record for draw controls while scoring three times and assisting on three others to lead second-ranked West Chester to a 20-5 victory over visiting Shepherd in a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Eastern Division contest at wind-swept Vonnie Gros Field Saturday.
