Women’s Tennis defend home court, defeating Anderson 7-2

LEXINGTON- The Transylvania Women’s Tennis team was back at Top Seed Tennis Club (The Seed) after a week off, following their win against Berea College 9-0. The Pioneers would jump back into HCAC play as they battled with Anderson University, winning 7-2. The match would start with Doubles as the Pioneers would win all 3 doubles matches. In #1 Doubles Grace Gardner and Katherine Taylor would win 8-3. In #2 Doubles the tandem of Maria Hayes and Ally Rassenfoss would win 8-2, capped by #3 Doubles Maddy Williams and Christina Duvall who would win 8-3. Moving to Singles the Pioneers…
