Women’s Track and Field: Kenyon first-years impressive at Marv Frye Invite

DELAWARE, Ohio — Eight different student-athletes scored points Saturday for the Kenyon College women’s track and field team, which totaled a score of 33 and placed seventh in the 10-team field at Ohio Wesleyan University’s annual Marv Frye Invitational. Kenyon’s top individual result came from junior Paula Soric, who won the triple jump and earned 10 points. Soric came out with a 36-2 ¼ (11.03-meter) measurement on her first attempt and that held up as the winning jump.
