Women’s Track & Field Competes at UCSD and Stanislaus

SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. - The California State University San Bernardino women's track & field team competed in two separate meets on Friday, closing the Stanislaus Multi and opening the UCSD Triton Invitational. In Turlock, junior Kaleigh Giannone (Menifee, Calif.) competed in events five through seven of the heptathlon. She finished the heptathlon placing fifth out of 11 competitors with 3,551. Her strongest showing came in the 100 meter hurdles on Thursday, where she posted a personal best time of 16.40 seconds.
