California State University San Bernardino Women’s Track & Field Shines at Triton Invitational

LA JOLLA, Calif. – The California State University San Bernardino women’s track & field team concluded the Triton Invitational on Saturday at UC San Diego. The highest individual finish on the day came in the 5,000 meter run, where junior Helena Valdez (Riverside, Calif.) placed second with a time of 18:23.55. She bested her previous personal best by over three seconds with the result.
