Carroll Men Demonstrate Progress In Finishing Fourth At Wisconsin Private College Championships

WAUKESHA, Wis. – The Carroll University men’s track and field team placed fourth in the Wisconsin Private College Championships at Dennis Punches Track and Field Complex on Saturday. Steven Hermsen won the discus with a meet-record distance of 54.57 meters (179-0), finished second in the shot put with a fifth-attempt distance of 15.98 meters (52-5.25) and was third in the hammer throw (55.51m) to help lead Carroll, which scored 87 points in the competition.
