CSUSM Women’s Track & Field Breaks Records at Triton Invitational
LA JOLLA, Calif. – The Cal State San Marcos women’s track & field team saw two NCAA provisionals that happened to be school-record performances at UC San Diego’s Triton Invitational on Friday and Saturday. TOP PERFORMERS Lilly McGraw broke her two-week-old school record in the pole vault with an NCAA provisional height of 3.79 meters – .07 better than her previous mark. Rasha Badrani broke the 16-year-old school record in the 400-meter run with an NCAA provisional of 54.75 seconds – .71 faster than Samantha Showns’ 2008 time of 55.46.
