Full circle: Allen girls bowling team wins state title

From the qualifying round to match play, the Allen girls bowling team was without peer at last month's Dick Atkinson State Championship Tournament. Competing from Cityview Lanes in Fort Worth on March 23, the Lady Eagles amassed the top qualifying score among the 27-team field, and by a considerable margin, to secure the No. 1 seed when the 12-team championship bracket took shape later in the afternoon.
