Hot Start Lifts No. 2 North Georgia Past Columbus State
COLUMBUS - The Columbus State University softball team lost the third game of the series to the No. 2 University of North Georgia after a solid first two innings on offense for the Nighthawks. With the loss, the Cougars fall to 25-18 on the season (14-7 PBC), while the Nighthawks improve to 37-5 overall (16-1 PBC). Nova Wright (1-for-3) broke up the no-hitter in the bottom of the third with a single through the left side.
