Howard University Women’s Track & Field Triumph at 2024 Bison Classic

WASHINGTON (April 6, 2024) – Howard University women’s track & field won the Bison Classic for the second year in a row, dominating the competition on Senior Day. Overall, the Bison produced 121.5 points while recording 10 victories. On the track, junior Joslyn Crosby (Bossier City, La.) led the way with a pair of wins in the 800-meter run (2:21.45) and 1500-meter run (4:52.86). HU dominated the 100-meter hurdles, placing in all five slots. Sophomore Jazmyn Wajd (Tampa, Fla.) won the event with a 14.37 time.
