#15 UTD Men’s Golf Finish Second at West Region Invite

GEORGETOWN, Texas – The #15 UT Dallas men’s golf was the runner-up at the West Region Invitational at Berry Creek Country Club Monday. The Comets shot a 308-288=596 (+20), just one shot behind Trinity (Texas) (+19). UTD was three shots ahead of host Southwestern (Texas) (+23) and ahead of Mary Hardin-Baylor (+27) in the 10-team field. Graduate student Parker McCurdy tied for fourth place, firing a 77-68=145 (+1). His second round 68 was the second-lowest of the day.
