By: Steven Olveda SAN DIMAS, Calif. – The Chapman University men’s golf team turned in a solid performance to take second at SCIAC #2 as a team. Two Chapman golfers finished in the top-5 to lead the strong team effort. Samuel Carrillo and Ben Soicher led the Panthers at SCIAC #2 as Carrillo finished under par to take second place individually. Carrillo’s 139 (-1) is the best 36-hole score in program history and finished just one stroke back of the lead. His three-under 67 on Sunday propelled him up the leaderboard and also equaled the lowest round in program history.…
