Janik Paces Tigers Through Day One at Gaucho Invitational
GOLETA, Calif. – The Pacific men's golf team completed the opening day of the Gaucho Invitational, standing in seventh place with a four-over-par 580 on Monday at Sandpiper Golf Club. Through two rounds, Nevada sits at the top of the team standings with a 20-under-par 556. LMU and Utah round out the podium after the opening day. Senior Petr Janik leads Pacific with a tie for 12th place out of the 71 participants, scoring a two-under-par 141 (70-72).
