Johnson Resets Single Season Stolen Base Record

Hannah Walker BAKERSFIELD, Calif. – Over the weekend Kaia Johnson broke the single season stolen base record versus UC Santa Barbara. Johnson was chasing Kalynn Burt’s 16 stolen bases that was set in 2017 this season. The redshirt Junior stole nine bases within the first two weeks of the season. Earlier in the year she reset a single game record stealing four bases versus Montana on March 23.
