Men’s golf comes home with a third-place finish at the 2024 Camp Lejeune

JACKSONVILLE, N.C. – The Husson men's golf team recorded a program-low 54-hole score of 886 (300-290-296), finishing third at the 51st Annual Camp Lejeune Championship. Senior Jack King led the Eagles during the three-day tournament finishing in a two-way tie for ninth-place after posting a 74 (+2) on Friday followed by 72 (E) before shooting a 73 (+1) on Sunday, finishing with a 219. Senior Chris Kauppila shot a 220 (73-71-76) to finish tied for 11th-place. Graduate student Max Woodman posted a 223 (77-74-72) for a share of 20th-place after carding an even par 72 on the day.
