Men’s Golf Finishes 12th at Princeton Invitational

PRINCETON, NJ – Rider University men's golf sophomore Ben Ortwein (Easton, PA/Notre Dame) shot even-par 71 as the Broncs wrapped up play at the Princeton Invitational Sunday. Connor Bekefi (Toms River, NJ/Toms River North) was the Broncs' top finisher for the tournament at +8, good for 26th, while Ortwein was a stroke back at +9 (32nd). As a team, Rider shot 300 Sunday and 904 for the tournament, good for 12th of 14 teams. Bekefi shot 74 (+3) Sunday, while Louie Giovacchini (Windermere, FL/Windermere) was next with a 76 (+5).
