Men’s Golf Posts Five Scores in 70s; Topples King’s & Misericordia

MOOSIC, Pa. – Sophomore Gehrig Shannon (Bernardsville, N.J./Saint Peter’s Prep) fired a career-low 72 (+1) and The University of Scranton men’s golf team posted a pair of dual match victories over King’s and Misericordia on Monday afternoon at Glenmaura National Golf Club in Moosic. The Royals topped King’s 296-357 and Misericordia by a score of 296-379. For head coach Ed Karpovich’s team, the 296 marks the second-lowest team score of the 2023-24 season.
